Welcome to our FAQs, tailored to assist adventure seekers, travelers, and explorers like yourself! Below, you’ll find answers to common questions to ensure your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable.

We accept payments from all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please ensure that all payments are settled before your scheduled arrival date.

  • Check-in begins after 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Housekeeping will arrive shortly thereafter.
  • In Las Vegas only, guests arriving before their designated check-in time can take advantage of complimentary bag check-in services offered at the front desk.
  • For guests staying in Maui, please check in at the office at your earliest convenience and provide your vehicle information if applicable.

Smoking is strictly prohibited at all properties, including balconies, lanais, and patios, with the exception of Maui, Hawaii, where designated smoking areas are provided outdoors, limited exclusively to those designated spots.

  • Las Vegas: Complimentary valet parking is provided, subject to availability. If the valet is full, guests are directed to self-park at the MGM Grand.
  • Anaheim: Two parking spots are available, one in the garage and one outside
  • Maui: One complimentary reserved parking space.

Please note that the privately owned condo is maintained by an external cleaning company during regular business hours. Your reservation includes cleaning before and after check-out only. Daily cleaning is not included in the standard rate, but you can request it for an extra fee.

  • Maui and Las Vegas offer a Pack ‘n Play.
  • Anaheim condo provides a Pack ‘n Play, crib, changing table, high chair, booster seat, and single and double strollers.

Exclusively for Anaheim and Maui, we provide beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, and bodyboards.
